Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website https://betonredbet-ca.com (the "Site") and your use of the Betonred online gambling services made available to users in Canada through Betonred, effective as of 1 January 2026.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "Operator" means Uno Digital Media B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with registration number 157147 and registered address at Johan Van Walbeeckplein 24, Willemstad, Curaçao, operating the Site under Curaçao license 1668/JAZ and any successor authorization issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.

  • "Brand" means "Betonred" as used exclusively in connection with the Site and services offered via betonredbet-ca.com.
  • "User" or "Player" means any natural person who accesses the Site, creates an account, or otherwise uses the services offered by the Operator through Betonred.
  • "Account" means a personal, non-transferable player account registered on the Site in the name of a User, through which that User participates in games, makes deposits and withdrawals, and manages their activity.

  • "Bet" or "Wager" means any sum of money staked by a Player on the outcome of a game, event, or betting market available on the Site in accordance with these Terms and the applicable game rules.
  • "Bonus" means any promotional value (including but not limited to bonus money, free spins, free bets, cashbacks, and reward points) credited by the Operator to a Player's Account subject to specific promotional terms and wagering requirements.
  • "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player or won from wagers placed with deposited funds and subsequently available for withdrawal, excluding any active bonus balance that is subject to wagering.
  • "Bonus Balance" means any active Bonus and associated winnings that are subject to wagering requirements or other conditions before being transferred to the Real Money Balance.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years of age or the higher legal age for gambling in your province or territory of residence in Canada (e.g., 19 in certain provinces). Where the legal age is higher than 18, that higher age applies.
  • Residence: By registering, you confirm that you are resident in Canada (outside any Prohibited Jurisdiction such as Ontario where access may be restricted) and that online gambling is not illegal in your place of residence.
  • Single Account: Each Player may hold only one Account on betonredbet-ca.com. Multiple or duplicate accounts, including across aliases or different emails, are prohibited and may result in suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of bonuses.

Registration Process

  1. Account creation: To register, you must complete the online registration form on the Site by providing accurate personal details, including full name, date of birth, country and province of residence, email address, and any other mandatory fields.
  2. Email verification: After submitting the form, you must verify your email address by following the instructions sent to the address you provided. The Operator may restrict access or certain functionalities until email verification is completed.
  3. KYC and document submission: At registration or at any time thereafter, the Operator may request documentation to verify:
    • Your identity (e.g., passport, national ID card, driver's licence);

    • Your age; and

    The Operator, and where applicable its payment-processing subsidiary UDM Processing Services Ltd (Cyprus), may use third-party verification services to conduct these checks.
  4. Completion of verification: Until KYC checks are completed to the Operator's satisfaction, the Operator may:
    • Limit your ability to deposit or wager;
    • Withhold withdrawals;
    • Freeze Bonuses; or
    • Temporarily suspend your Account.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You warrant that all information you provide is truthful, complete, and up to date. You must promptly update your Account details if your personal information changes. Providing false or misleading information may lead to Account closure and cancellation of bets or Bonuses.
  • Password and security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, and any security information). You must:
    • Choose a strong password;
    • Not share your credentials with any third party;
    • Not allow any other person, including minors, to access your Account; and
    • Immediately notify the Operator at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Use for own benefit only: Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not act on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party, or engage in any form of professional gambling, pooling of funds, or arbitrage on behalf of others.
  • Compliance with local laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any tax obligations relating to your winnings.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Game rules: Each game, bet type, or event available on the Site is governed by:
    • The specific rules displayed within the game client or betting interface;
    • These Terms; and
    • Any additional house rules or special conditions published on the Site.
    In case of conflict, specific game rules prevail over these general Terms for that particular game.
  • Fair play and RNG: Casino games are powered by software providers using certified random number generators (RNGs) under the Curaçao licensing regime. Outcomes are determined by chance and the defined game rules; Players must accept the results as final, subject to error correction provisions below.

Placing Bets

  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or betting market has specified minimum and maximum bet limits, shown in the relevant interface. The Operator may adjust limits at any time for risk management, regulatory, or technical reasons.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted once it has been recorded on the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history or game log. The time of acceptance is that recorded by the Operator's systems, not by your device's clock.
  • Currency: For Players in Canada, Accounts are generally operated in CAD or another currency specified during registration. Where currency conversion occurs, it is processed at the rate and under the conditions outlined in the payment interface.
  • Irreversibility: Once a Bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the Player, except where explicitly allowed by the game or bet type (e.g., cash-out features where available).

Cancellation and Modification of Bets by the Operator

  • Right to void: The Operator may, at its discretion, declare a Bet or series of Bets void, or adjust the settlement, where:
    • Obvious errors (palpable errors) in odds, game configuration, or displayed information have occurred;
    • Technical malfunctions or system failures affect the integrity or outcome of a game;
    • Bets were placed after the outcome was known or after an event had effectively been decided;
    • Fraud, collusion, or abuse is suspected; or

  • Refund on void: In cases where a Bet is voided after acceptance, the stake will usually be returned to the Real Money Balance, except where funds are seized as part of an anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering investigation in accordance with Applicable Law.

Conduct in Live Casino, Chat, and Interactive Features

  • Behaviour standards: When using live casino tables, chats, or any interactive features, you must:
    • Refrain from insults, hate speech, harassment, or abusive language;
    • Avoid discriminatory, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive comments;
    • Not threaten, stalk, or otherwise harm other players or staff; and
    • Follow any instructions given by live dealers or moderators.
  • Prohibition on fraud and collusion: You must not:
    • Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
    • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play;
    • Exploit software bugs, latency, or loopholes in game rules;
    • Engage in arbitrage or matched betting that circumvents the spirit of the promotions; or
    • Share confidential information about other Players.
  • Sanctions: In case of breach, the Operator may:
    • Mute or block chat access;
    • Void affected Bets and winnings;
    • Confiscate Bonuses related to abusive behaviour; and
    • Terminate or suspend your Account as described under "Termination & Suspension".

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Principles

  • Separate terms: Each Bonus or promotion offered on betonredbet-ca.com (including welcome packages, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and loyalty rewards) is governed by:
    • These general Bonus Terms;
    • The specific promotion page or banner; and
    • Any additional conditions communicated via email or in-Account messages.
  • One promotion per person: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one per:
    • Person;
    • Household;
    • IP address;
    • Device; and
    • Payment method.
  • Bonus abuse: Betonred may withdraw or refuse Bonuses, and close Accounts, where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including multiple accounts, betting patterns designed to trigger risk-free gains, or use of VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions.

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Activation: To activate a deposit Bonus, you must:
    • Meet the minimum deposit requirement indicated for the promotion;
    • Use any required Bonus code or opt-in mechanism; and
    • Not be in breach of these Terms or previously excluded from promotions.
  • Wagering (playthrough):
    • Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, standard wagering requirements for casino deposit Bonuses are not less than 35x the Bonus amount and may be higher for specific offers.
    • Wagering must generally be completed within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 - 30 days from activation). Where no timeframe is stated, the Operator may apply a default period not exceeding 30 days.
    • Only qualifying real-money bets placed after Bonus activation count toward wagering. Bets made with Real Money before Bonus activation generally do not contribute.
  • Contribution by game type: Different games may contribute differently toward wagering (for example, 100% for most slots, 10 - 20% for table games, 0% for certain excluded games). The specific contribution table is published on the Site and may change from time to time.

Prohibited Games and Actions

  • Excluded games: Some games or categories (e.g., certain high-variance slots, progressive jackpots, live dealer games, or specific table games) may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may contribute 0%. Placing Bonus-funded bets on excluded games may lead to the removal of the Bonus and associated winnings.
  • Betting patterns: The following practices are considered abusive and may result in forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings:

Combining Promotions and Bonus Management

  • No stacking unless permitted: Unless expressly allowed, only one active Bonus may be in play at any time. If you activate a new Bonus while another Bonus is still active, the existing Bonus (and any associated Bonus Balance) may be cancelled.
  • Real Money vs Bonus Money:
    • In most cases, Real Money is wagered before Bonus funds. Specific rules will be described in the promotion conditions.
    • Winnings from Bets placed with Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Balance and only become withdrawable after all wagering requirements are met.
  • Expiry and removal: If wagering requirements are not met within the applicable timeframe, the Operator may remove the remaining Bonus Balance and associated winnings, leaving only the Real Money Balance.
  • Right to amend: Betonred reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time, provided that such change does not unfairly prejudice Players who have already opted in and started wagering in reliance on the original conditions.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: The Operator, together with UDM Processing Services Ltd (Cyprus) and other authorized processors, may make the following methods available to Players in Canada:
    • Credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard where permitted);
    • E-wallets and online payment services;
    • Bank transfers and Interac-style solutions where available; and
    • Cryptocurrencies and digital assets supported by the Site.
  • Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction or per period (daily/weekly/monthly) are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by method. Betonred may adjust limits for risk, responsible gambling, or compliance reasons.
  • Fees: The Operator aims not to charge deposit fees unless clearly disclosed at the time of transaction. However, your bank, card issuer, or crypto provider may levy their own fees or currency conversion charges, for which the Operator is not responsible.
  • Processing times: Deposits are usually processed instantly. In some cases, delays may occur due to banking networks, third-party processors, anti-fraud checks, or blockchain confirmation times for crypto.

Withdrawals

  • Verification requirement: Before processing a withdrawal, the Operator may require completion of KYC checks and verification of the payment method used for deposits, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations and Curaçao licensing conditions.
  • Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same method used for deposit. If that is not feasible, the Operator may offer alternative methods, subject to regulatory and technical constraints.
  • Limits and processing time:
    • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are indicated in the cashier section and may depend on the selected method.
    • The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable period (for example, 24 - 72 hours) once all required verifications are completed.

Refunds, Chargebacks, and Negative Balances

    • Bonus funds are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Service provision: The Operator undertakes to:
    • Provide the Services with reasonable skill and care;
    • Operate under the Curaçao eGaming master licence 1668/JAZ (and any future authorization under the Curaçao Gaming Control Board regime) in good faith; and
    • Use reasonable efforts to ensure that game outcomes are fair and determined in accordance with the published rules.
  • Accuracy of results: The results recorded by the Operator's systems are deemed final and conclusive, subject to subsequent review in case of:
    • Obvious error or mistake;
    • Technical malfunction; or
    • Breaches of these Terms by the Player.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Technical issues and interruptions: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from:
    • Internet or network failures, latency, or interruptions;
    • Hardware or software issues on your device;
    • Denial-of-service attacks, viruses, or other malicious acts by third parties; or
    • Temporary unavailability of the Site due to maintenance or upgrades.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator is not liable for:
    • Loss of profits, business, or anticipated savings;
    • Loss of opportunity or goodwill; or
    • Any indirect, special, or consequential damages, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of your use of the Services.
  • Player responsibility: You are fully responsible for:
    • Ensuring that your use of the Site is lawful in your jurisdiction;
    • Any losses incurred through your gambling activity; and
    • Protecting your login credentials and devices from misuse.

Maximum Liability

  • Cap on compensation: Where the Operator is found liable to you under these Terms or under Applicable Law, its total aggregate liability for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed:
    • The amount of the Bet or Wager that gave rise to the dispute; or
    • The amount of funds actually lost by you as a direct result of the Operator's proven breach, up to an amount proportionate to your average monthly deposits over the three (3) months preceding the incident, whichever is lower.
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit:
    • Any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Canadian consumer protection laws; or
    • Your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All content on betonredbet-ca.com, including but not limited to software, source code, algorithms, graphics, logos, trademarks (including the Betonred brand as used solely in connection with the Site), audio, video, text, and user interface elements, is owned by the Operator, its parent company Uno Digital Media B.V., its affiliates, or its licensed third-party providers.
  • Limited license: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Site and Services for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
  • Prohibited uses: Without the prior written consent of the Operator, you may not:
    • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Site;
    • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Services, except where such actions cannot be prohibited under applicable law;
    • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
    • Use any automated system or software to extract data from the Site (including screen scraping, data mining, or similar activities).
  • Third-party rights: Games and software on the Site may incorporate intellectual property rights owned by third-party providers. Such rights are used under licence and may not be exploited by you except as part of your lawful use of the Services.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of betonredbet-ca.com and the services of Betonred is subject to the Operator's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

  • Processing of personal data: The Operator, together with its affiliated entities (including UDM Processing Services Ltd for payment processing where applicable), collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, Curaçao law, and any applicable data protection standards for Canadian players to the extent required.
  • Scope of processing: Data may be processed for:
    • Account registration and verification (KYC);

    • You may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any available Real Money Balance, subject to these Terms and any ongoing investigations or legal obligations.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by the Player

  • Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] or through available self-service tools on the Site.
  • Remaining funds: Upon closure, any available Real Money Balance (subject to minimum withdrawal limits and verification requirements) will be paid out to you via an agreed payment method, except where funds must be withheld by law, regulator request, or court order.

Suspension or Termination by the Operator

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict, or close your Account, and/or withhold funds, where it reasonably believes that:
    • You have breached these Terms or any game rules;
    • You have provided false or misleading information, or failed to complete KYC;
    • You are involved in fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
    • You reside in or access the Site from a Prohibited Jurisdiction (including Ontario, to the extent applicable);
    • You have engaged in Bonus abuse, cheating, or collusion; or
    • Your behaviour is abusive towards staff or other Players.
  • Procedures and notice:
    • The Operator will, where legally and practically possible, notify you of the suspension or closure, stating the main reasons.
    • The Operator may request additional documents or information during investigations.
  • Funds on termination:
    • If your Account is closed for reasons other than suspected illegal activity, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonuses and funds subject to dispute) will generally be paid out.
    • If your Account is closed due to suspected or confirmed illegal activity, fraud, or breach of anti-money-laundering rules, the Operator may be required to withhold or confiscate funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Applicable law: These Terms, your use of betonredbet-ca.com, and the contractual relationship between you and Uno Digital Media B.V. are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions under Canadian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
  • Dispute resolution:
    • In the event of a dispute, you should first contact customer support at [email protected] and provide all relevant details.
    • If the matter is not resolved through support, you may escalate the complaint in writing to the Operator's management via the same email, marked "Formal Complaint".
    • The Operator may also direct you to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or equivalent licensing authority, where applicable.
  • Courts and arbitration: Subject to any mandatory statutory rights you may have under Canadian law:
    • Any unresolved dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao; or
    • At the Operator's option, may be referred to binding arbitration in Curaçao under rules selected by the Operator, with proceedings conducted in English.
